my skin story

Hello, I’m Naomi — a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Acne Specialist based in Lawrence, Kansas.

My journey into skin health began early. In middle school, I developed severely inflamed acne that deeply affected my confidence. At that age, it felt isolating and overwhelming. I understand firsthand how discouraging it can be to try everything and still feel like nothing is working.

After countless appointments with doctors and dermatologists that left me feeling unheard and without real solutions, I decided to take a different path. What began as a personal mission to heal my own skin evolved into a commitment to helping others navigate acne and other skin challenges in a more thoughtful, supportive way.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It required patience, consistency, and a deeper understanding of how the skin functions. That experience shaped the philosophy behind my work today: prioritize long-term skin health over quick fixes.
